Stretch Arm strengthening Exercises (Yeager, Micro, or Last yr) Squats (Wide stance and 1 leg) Lunges or longer strides up your steps Bucket of Sand (Dig to the bottom) Stress ball squeeze Juggle Tennis balls (2/2hands, 2/1hand, 3/2hands) Grip a Baseball each night (2 seam, 4 seam) Grip a bat Medicine ball as bat. Load, hip turn and feel power in the ground...get front heel down while holding the ball If you have a net, Work on your swing with a tee!!! Run Hills, pull a tire, sled, sandbag or Parachute Watch videos on hitting and different positions Small bat and hit bottle caps, sunflower seeds |
